Service really does make the difference. Looking around for a specific Samsung plasma TV I found it listed on a number of web sites and stores. Availability was an issue however and, although I asked several to check when they could supply a unit, none called me back. When contacted on a Saturday, Andrew promised to check his warehouse the next Monday which he did. He then went on to discuss issues around shipping, product quality and alternatives. It was quite a lesson. He was most patient answering my own questions, spending almost 30 minutes on the phone with me. Great product, best price in Canada. Net, net? Sale completed Monday afternoon. The follow-up to a couple of post sale questions was equally good, with the official invoice following promptly a few days later. Couldn't be happier.
